Daily, Weekly and monthly rates available. Rates are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to move your reservation to another room due to over-stayers.
Reservations are recommended in advance with credit card on our On-line Reservations.
Rates
$189.00 - $339.00 per night, per couple (depending on season, night, and number in party). Extra person in room is an additional $40.00 per night. Call for extended monthly stay rates.
Payment Types
MasterCard , Visa , Discover & Amex now accepted. Personal checks and cash are also accepted.
Check-In/Out
4:00 to 6:00 p.m. or by arrangement Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
Minimum Stay
YOU can Call to be sure on any given weekend But usually , April thru November Two night Min except by chance we might be able to get you in because of cancellations & the way the bookings come in.
Rules & Restrictions
No Shoes
No shoes in rooms (because of the fruit tree stains).
Children
Children happy rooms available .. age 10 and older ok 10 & younger by pre-arrangement
Lost & Found
There is a $25.00 charge to send back any items left behind at the inn.
No Pets

Cancellation
This will apply regardless of the reasons for the cancellation, which reasons may include, but are not limited to: weather, illness or risk of illness, family emergencies, or even death of family members. The financial responsibility for your reservation does not transfer to us but remains solidly with you.

100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date. Less $25 for reservations & rescheduling fee
Cancel Within 14 Days
No refunds if cancellation is within 14 days of your stay. The full cost of the stay is due.
Cancel Prior to 14 Days
For cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date, the cost of one night stay plus taxes is due.
How to Cancel
Cancellations have to be in writing by e-mail have to be confirmed by the Cozy Rose Office back to you in writing.
